Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants (as defined at Condition 2 below) shall be eligible to claim a cashback reward, as set out in Table 1 below, via redemption when purchasing a Qualifying Product (as defined in Table 1), from Qualifying Retailer (as defined in Table 1) between 00:01 (local time) on 10 September 2019 to 23:59 (local time) on 21 September 2019 (both dates being inclusive). Cashback is limited to one claim per Qualifying Product purchased.

  2. The promotion is open to residents of the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy or the Netherlands aged over 18 (Participant). Sales made at any retailer not listed as a Qualifying Retailer are specifically excluded.

  3. Claims must be submitted online at www.ccleanerpromotions.com. Claims must be submitted between 1 and 30 days after the date of purchase with the day of your purchase date counting as day 1. Participants must provide the promotion code, that they received in their purchase confirmation, when completing the claim form.

  4. Once we have received your claim and your details entered, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation.

  5. Participants who submit incomplete claims will be notified by email and will be given 7 days to rectify any omissions, after this the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid.

  6. Failure to provide matching details will result in email notification offering the opportunity to provide the required details within 7 days. If the Participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid.

  7. When claiming online, payment will be via bank transfer using the details provided on the claim form. United States Participants shall also have the option to receive the Reward via PayPal, sent to the email provided during the Claim process. The Promoter will endeavor to pay within 30 days of successful validation of your claim. Rewards shall be paid in the local currency of the Participant.

  8. Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim during the Promotion Period.

  9. Claims must be submitted by the end user Participant only. Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of a Participant.

  10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, website or other failures outside our control that prevents a Participant participating in the promotion.

  11. These Promotion terms and conditions are drafted in the English language. The English language of the version of these Promotion terms and conditions, and any notice or other document relating to these Terms and Conditions, shall prevail over any version in any other language in the case of conflict.

  12. Where applicable any data captured during the course of the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.   13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.
